Woman used Stun Gun on child over oatmeal!

And yet again another unbelievable story to me....I just don't understand how or why these people think that its ok to hurt children like this!!! Something needs to be done more to the people that think that its okay to go and hurt a child or try to hurt a child!! There should be more severe punishments I think for the ones that hurt children. I am all about being fair and not judging don't get me wrong but when it comes to innocent children there needs to be something done..more done then there is now because with all the stories that I am reading and hearing on the news its getting out of hand!!!
