Wanting or needing to lose weight??
Good evening everyone. I have been thinking about what I am going to do differently this year and one of the things that I want to do is get my weight down a little bit more then it is now. I have lost weight, I was in a size 20/22 jeans about 2 years ago and I am now in a size 12/14 depending on the brand name of jeans. I feel better about myself being in the size that I am compared to where I was. I wanted to share with you all what I did to get here where I am and still wanting to lose a little bit more so that I can fit in size 10 or back into a 7/9 like I use to back in the day. Of course I have been exercising you have to do a little bit of that to get anywhere, I have been eating less and watching what I eat and drinking way less soda and drinking more water. And I have taken some diet pills. I don't like taking pills but I took some that helped me and if your like me and don't have a ton of money to spend on places like jenny craig and weight watchers that cost hun...
