Last week there was too many tragedies to count going on in this country!! We shouldn't have to worry about things like this. There was the Boston Marathon bombing that thankfully didn't hurt and kill more then it did..thoughts go out to all those affected by that tragedy. Then here in Texas there was the town of West I believe is the name of it that had the fertilizer plant explosion and killed people and flattened most of the town there..so horrible!! Thoughts go out to all of those that were affected in that too. Now today I'm seeing tweets and fb statuses about people trying to blow up trains here in the US. One from Chicago to Canada and another one from NY to Toronto. Thankfully they were caught/stopped in time but that is awful. I was hoping that 2013 would be better then last year and in some ways it is but other ways its not living up to starting off that good and its almost May! Needing good thoughts and positive energy gong over this country for more GOOD...

Good afternoon everyone, there has been a ton of changes going on in my world and I am just now in a place where i believe that I can get back into blogging and doing the giveaways and things that I so much love and enjoy. I love helping with promoting giveaways, I'm not that good yet to do my own giveaways but one day I know that I will, just not there as of yet. So I haven’t been on here too much, I have been really busy working and getting ready for my trip to Rome net month..its creeping up on me really fast!   I have been doing great with work. Next week I will be taking my 20 hours of classes to get prepared for my 2 exams the following week to get my Loan Officer license!! I can’t wait! I am very excited about the job!! I got hired but a great company and can’t wait to get started with them which will be hopefully the Monday after I get back from my trip. It was originally supposed to be the Monday that I’m going to be gone so hopefully they will push it up a week for me.   I love Real Estate and Customer Service and can’t wait to get this going and before too long I will be moved back to Texas and starting a new job in my home office still but in a different place and getting use to being a single mom again which I don’t think that I’m going to mind at all.   Have a great rest of the day and week everyone and I look f...

When you are working at home, there is always the chance that people/companies are going to try and rip you off. One way is by not paying you. Make sure you have your rear end covered. Keep records of conversations on messengers/email etc and always also make a spreadsheet/doc in Google docs or somewhere safe where it won't get lost of all the tasks you do and the time that it took you to do them. Be very very specific with certain tasks if you need too.   I have been working here at home for over 13 years and in these years I haven't been ripped off but a couple of times which is a great thing but, every now and again you will find yourself in the midst of chaos when the client files a dispute and doesn't want to pay. For example, this is what I am going through with one of my now ex-clients on Elance. Elance is a great site and very very reputable etc. I have an excellent rating on there as a contractor that I take very seriously and because of this one bad ...

I think that I used most of my energy chasing after 4 kids when they were all littler. They were always running around everywhere and I was always exhausted but didn't mind it too much as I loved running and playing with the kids taking them to the park or in the backyard etc. It only meant that if I used my energy and was exhausted then I know that they were too and everyone would get a great nights sleep/rest! I miss the days of chasing little ones around the house and outside...My children are now teens...19, 17, 15 and 14.

I don't think that I would take it. I enjoy my dreams that I have. Thankfully I have more "good" then not. So I think that I would like to continue to sleep and dream....I like thinking about the dreams and what the meanings are behind them. I feel like there is always a reason for thinking things or dreaming. I believe that everything happens for a reason so in my mind that includes dreaming. I like analyzing dreams for the most part...gets me excited and wondering what is next around the corner for me :)
