Sugar-Free Red, White & Blueberry Parfait Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4 | Carbs: ~12g per serving Ingredients: 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 packets stevia or monk fruit sweetener (to taste) 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced 1 cup fresh blueberries 2 tbsp sugar-free whipped topping (optional, for garnish) A few mint leaves for garnish Instructions: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and sweetener until well combined. In clear glasses or mason jars, layer the ingredients: start with a spoonful of yogurt, then a layer of blueberries, another layer of yogurt, then a layer of strawberries.
