Blog Dare - Day 7 in March - Recipes that baffle me.

Recipes that bafffle me...I don't think that there is one that baffles me as of yet..I've been doing pretty good with them. Although I haven't tried making a pie yet...hmm maybe that is one that baffles me!
 
I want to make one like my grandmother does with the whipped white egg whites on top of it..can't remember the name of it at the moment but I have pic of it in my head so I'm not losing my mind yet..lol...that might be one that baffles me right now since I haven't tried it but want to pretty soon.
