Trump goes off on HUMILIATING rant about dangerous bags of soup

I don't think that this man is ok. Since when does anyone go off about bags of soup? Who would think that and must less say it out loud that is in a stable state of mind? I don't understand why people aren't more concerned with his health and mental issues. The things that come out of his mouth aren't things that normal everyday people would say out loud. He needs help!
