Sunday rant - Covid is still here! It hasn't disappeared & it won't!
Hello everyone, I hope that each and every one of you are safe and sound.
What is going on in this world, this
country is not only heartbreaking, but it makes me speechless some days.
I don’t understand how one person can be so
stupid and foolish in wanting people to do nothing but hate and bring on more
violence. Hatred and Violence are not ways to go to bring a country together.
Our country needs to stand together.
I love that there are protests going on out
there for things that matter. I love that people are coming out and not giving
up or in because of the stresses of life right now. I love that it is bringing
people together and for the most part in my opinion they aren’t violent.
I can’t stand the BS coming out of the
POTUS mouth about so many things and I am thankful that twitter has finally
stood up to that lying dog and have started tagging his tweets! Should have
been done long ago but I am glad that they are doing it now.
There is so much hate and disgusting crap
coming out of his mouth! The pandemic is affecting everyone! It doesn’t matter
the color of your skin, your religion or your political views or even your age, etc. This is affecting everyone. Over 115,000 Americans have died from this
and yet POTUS and VP seem to think ah we’ve moved on to the next thing so it
has just disappeared….but it hasn’t. This is a fact of life right now at this
moment there are hundreds of thousands of people that this is affecting and it's
going to continue on!
How can someone sit there and pretend that
because you don’t want to hear anything else about it that it has just up and
gone?! That is silly to think like that! Oh well okay because I don’t want to think about the amount of money I’m
spending or going to spend on a house or vehicle let’s just not think about it
and it will disappear?! Um, nope that isn’t how it works!
Someone was at the Rally yesterday in Tulsa
and a reporter was talking to him and this complete and utter idiot stood there
with a straight face and said “we had a friend die from COVID and his son
almost died on a ventilator but you know we don’t know the facts” Excuse me? What
facts do we not know? That this isn’t something to play with? That a lot of
people aren’t taking it seriously and therefore in that they are not only
putting at risk themselves, their family and others lives at risks because they
aren’t taking it seriously!
Someone that has actually lost a friend
said that….what kind of person/friend does that make him? I don’t understand
how you can lose someone from this and then still continue not to give a damn!
Still, go out and be shoulder to shoulder with strangers and not wearing a mask, etc. I don’t understand!
Every time I go out in public both my son
and I wear a mask. Is it the most comfortable of things, no but for my life,
for my son's health, and for others I will continue to wear one every time I go
out. And every time we do we get these looks from others and you know what, go
ahead stare and look b/c at least I am not part of the problem of making our
states numbers rise up daily from not only cases of COVID but from deaths!!
And here’s my thinking back to the rally
that he had in Tulsa. I heard that some lady got on TikTok and made a video and
basically as far as I understood (haven’t watched the video did watch her interview
about it) basically said sign up to go to his rally and then don’t show up and
before I had known about her I did that and I am very proud that I did! I got
on the site and I signed up for the 2 tickets and had no intentions of going! for her to do that, for her to speak up and
out about it and for others to share and do that same thing I am very proud of
all of us that did that because this is my state!!! We opened too early in my
opinion as it was and no one around here is wearing masks as they should be!
Out of 2 dozen, I would say maybe 6-8 were wearing masks!
So I am thankful that no more people showed
up for the hate rally then they did! And for those that did, idiots especially when
it was said that 6 of his own damn staff ended up being positive! No telling
how long they had it, no telling how many people they were around, and no
telling how many of those people were around others, etc.
Not smart at all! So I say if they were
stupid enough to not take this seriously and if they were stupid enough to get
out and go listen to his BS for an hour or two that I hope that you, your
friends and families lives were worth that because you put everyone in danger
including yourself when you went there and listened to his crap spew out of his
mouth inside packed shoulder to shoulder! So if any of you get it I feel bad
for you for a minute but then again I say Karma for not taking this more
seriously! I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with you and live with
you daily and I hope that they don’t’
get it because that is heartbreaking!
People are just so stupid and don’t give a
damn and are filled with so much hatred and wanting more and more violence I
don’t understand that!
So everyone please stay safe and take care
of yourselves and take this stuff seriously and yea wearing a mask isn’t that great
and comfortable but doing that only for a few minutes while your out in public,
I think you can do that for the safety of you, your friends and your family and
if you can’t…that’s on you!
The specialists and doctors don’t tell us
to wear them for the hell of it! They don’t tell us that we need to 24/7 so it
isn’t that bad just too flipping listen to someone that knows what they are
talking about!
