I believe this is the one where they were discussing if people in
prison deserve to vote etc. My thoughts on this is this if you were in prison
for something and they let you out and you did your time then yes after you get
out you should be able to vote. However, if you did something terrible such as
killing people, trying to kill someone anything with a huge amount of violence
more than likely they wouldn’t be let out anyway but if they were then no they
don’t deserve the right to vote after they get out and like I said hopefully
for those that did those horrific crimes wouldn’t be getting out so there’s
nothing to worry about. People in prison don’t need/deserve the right to vote.
But I would also say and consider the fact that the ones going in
for smaller crimes/non-violent crimes and especially after they get out yes let
them vote. They did the crime and did the time. Don’t hold that against them.
They are going to have a hard time as it is when they get out so that shouldn’t
be another worry/concern on their plates.
