My great customer service experience yesterday with my net company
Good evening everyone, I just wanted to share with you one of the best customer service experiences that I have had. When you call in somewhere or even go back to the store to return something or call and complain usually about something it isn’t always a friendly voice on the other end. As a customer service rep they should be very nice in my opinion and thankful that you are a customer but, that sometimes isn’t always the case.
I want to share with you all about the great customer service that I have received from a company who usually in the past wasn’t too great when dealing with them and issues etc.
I have been having issues with a certain big company and when I called in I was calm cool and collective although the issues that we were having wasn’t a little issue at least not in my eyes. I was dealing with my internet company and b/c I work out of my home office so the net is a huge deal when it decides to mess up So when I called I got a gentleman that spoke let’s just say more English than others that I’ve talked to with this company in the past.
He was a nice and polite gentleman that took his time and listened to me and walked me through the steps to check if it was something on my end etc and then he checked and did whatever he did on his side and by the time that the call was over which wasn’t too long the issue was resolved and I was back in business. I thanked the gentleman for being so nice and courteous and doing a great job and wished him the best and a happy new year.
That was a good experience for me and I really did appreciate the time that he took to listen to me and then walk thru the steps to see if it was on my end and then going through the other steps/issues to find that it was on there end and he fixed it and I was back up and going in a short amount of time.
