Have a great last week of the month!
Good early Monday morning everyone!! I hope that you all had a fantastic weekend! Mine was pretty good. Gotta say it ended on a great note.
I haven’t been on here to blog too much lately but I am getting back into the hang of things.
Let’s just say that this year has been a rough one with many challenges. I’m good and in a good place but, I’m sure that some of you can relate to me when I say that sometimes we just kinda either drain ourselves with the day to day routine or we just get into moods where we just don’t feel like doing something b/c of whatever reason or things that have happened etc.
For me this year has been challenging and I think that along with others I’m pretty sure that the last few months of the year gets to us probably more so than the other months of the year.
This year I’ve lost a great client b/c he ran into family health issues etc. and decided to put things on hold to take care of that which is very understandable. But it hit me hard in the way of not only financially but, work-wise etc. That was in July and back in May right before Mother’s Day is when I talked to my stepdad and found out that my mother had passed away from cancer. I hadn’t talked to her in about a year or so and then come to find out that she was going into surgery for one thing and other things came up and she passed away about 2 days I believe after the surgery. I also found out that 2 good friends have breast cancer so that hit me hard as well. They are each awesome people and with such good big hearts…I have lost so many in my life b/c of cancer – my grandfather first, then my uncle whom I was very close to each of them and then Susan. So that was a very trying time, to say the least…
Not to mention as the year went on other things got in the way and just at the beginning of this month I again lost a client which put me in a downward mood but, thankfully lots of thoughts and prayers and great friends that kept me in their thoughts and prayers I had an interview that Monday after losing him on Friday and I got hired that Monday afternoon, training started that Wednesday and last week was my first full week of taking live calls etc and I have to say that I love it! The people are great to work with and it’s a nice and relaxing company that doesn’t have drama.
So with all that being said…my oldest son has been gone to Colorado a year now on his own there and doing good. Very proud of him!! And my youngest son just turned 19th yesterday (Sunday the 22nd). I am so proud and happy to have 2 great sons who have grown into such amazing young men. My middle son will soon be 22 next month and my daughter will soon be 21 in April. My goodness, how time flies!
My weekend ended on a high note with me not only getting to finally get on discord and join one of my fave YouTubers channel things on there and he went live! So I got to watch him for a little while earlier and on top of i, I was picked to be a mod for him on Twitch! Pretty cool in my eyes! 😊 And to top it off even more lol I actually got to talk to him for a few mins on Twitch which was nice but me being me was a nervous wreck b/c I usually don’t “talk” on things like Discord or Skype or whatever I am just used to typing a million miles an hour instead! LOL…so that was my weekend…nice and relaxing!
Hope you all have a great upcoming last week of the month!
Love your one and only
