US Sending Military to Ebola stricken Liberia!

I don't understand it! I have read the article telling about it and what the President said but, I don't care if its not an "airborne" illness or whatever, I don't understand why we are putting our own at risk! Just in my opinion I think its ridiculous to send our healthy troops over there to where its just sick and unhealthy!! I understand that they need help and I do get that but, isn't there another way? Without putting our troops health at risk and there is some risk wherever they go and especially in a place where its already well known unhealthy!
