You will be taking training classes that are paid for but YOU must be serious and go to class at the times (morning or evening you choose) and stay in the class and pass it to get certified to work and then start making money.

These are the requirements we are looking for
Currently we are hiring and looking for motivated individuals who will be working from home from there computer no transportation is needed, you will be working in the comfort of your own home. We require that all agents go through a 4 week training program. Upon successful completion of your training program a $80.00 bonus will be applied on your first paycheck. Training will consist of only 3-4 hours a day for the next 4 week Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays OFF. Each agent will have to pay for their own back ground check which is 13.00 dollars Pay will be 8.00 per hour when they finish the training.
· Must work minimum of 25 per week with opportunities of overtime
· GUARANTEEEDSchedule is MON- FRI with Weekends and Holidays OFF.
· Must have proper and understandable English. Bilingual is a plus.
· Must buy your own "Noise Cancelation Head Set" with a landline phone
· NO NOISEIN THE BACKGROUND IS A MUST!
· Must have Customer Service Experience.
· Must have extensive computer skills
· Must pass a background check
· Must have eitherWindows XP,Mac OSXorWindows 7, NO other programs can be accepted.
· Must have HIGH SPEED Internet.
All agents will need to be trained in operating all of the following positions:
Intuit Responsibilities: -Actively take customer support calls for customer that are in the "Working On My Return" Section of theTurboTaxsoftware. -Learn how to use the Turbo Tax product to accurately and efficiently resolve customer Inquiries on the first contact. -Provide superior support and service for both platform and product issues. -Handle problem resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level
