#BehindTheBlogger - Hold My Hand
Hey there fellow bloggers, hope that you all are having a great day :) So I'm getting in on this #BehindTheBlogger and this one...it took me a few minutes to think about what that phrase "Hold My Hand" meant to me.
So when I think of "Hold My Hand" - the first thing that came to my mind is my husband. We are separated at the moment but, we are working on things and we've been married 21 years so that's a LOT of time I've spent with the man!!
I want my hubby to Hold My Hand like he did back in the day when we first met and we were younger. I want him to know that I will always be here for him to hold my hand and as a bestie that we've become closer and closer and then that friendship bloomed into our working on marriage which is a huge step but we are doing pretty good.
So no matter where we go from here or where we each end up years from now, I'm always going to be there for him as a best friend and for him to hold my hand and me his as we adventure through this thing we call life. It's been a rough adventure so far in my 43 years of life but, I treasure all the little things both good and bad in my life because I know that if it wasn't for the rough, tough and bad things that happen in my life that I wouldn't be as strong as I am and I wouldn't fight as hard as I have and still am and I wouldn't be here where I am with my own place, my own car and working from my home office daily and making it all on my own. Miss Independent for sure! Years ago, I wouldn't of been able to say that or do or have what I have now...I have grown up a lot in different ways and I'm very happy of what I've accomplished and where I'm at.
I'm happy with my life and I'm very thankful, grateful and blessed to have everything I have and the people in my life that I do.

ReplyDeleteGood for you! I am glad you are trying to work on things, instead of just giving up...maybe they are right, maybe absence makes the heart grow fonder. I sincerely hope that you and you husband can once again hold hands, and know that there is love between you.
