Puritan's Pride Review

I had the opportunity to review some great products and I encourage you to try them as well and just see how well they can work for you! I couldn't believe the results of the focus and energy one. I tried it and loved it! I could focus more and had also noticed that I have more energy when taking them.

And the skin and hair one as well. I have noticed how better my skin feels and how healthier my nails and hair looks and feels.

It’s a brand new year and time to start making some positive changes. Before you start overthinking— and going on that superfood cleanse--Brooke Alpert, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., of B Nutritious and author of The Sugar Detox, (Da Capo, 2013) and a paid spokesperson for Puritan’s Pride says that changes can be exciting.  In 2015, it may be time to look at some ways some buzzworthy new products can give you just the right amount of boost for the year ahead.

Puritan’s Pride® began over 40 years ago, with the mission of making the finest quality nutritional supplements available at the best value to their customers. Today, the company remains true to its original commitment and serves millions of loyal customers. Puritan’s Pride manufactures thousands of vitamins, minerals, herbs and other nutritional supplements in their state-of-the art facilities located throughout the U.S. As part of the company’s commitment to quality, Puritan’s Pride only uses ingredients from suppliers worldwide that meet their Quality Assurance Standards, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices food quality standards

Prior to taking any supplements, first check with your personal physician. Supplements Brooke recommends putting on your 2015 “to-do-to-improve” list include:

Hair, Skin & Nails One Per Day Formula: Biotin plays a key role in the body. It supports the health of the skin, hair, nails and energy metabolism.* As biotin is not stored in the body, it is important to consume adequate amounts each day.  Biotin occurs naturally in many foods. Wheat germ, whole wheat bread, egg yolks, dairy products, nuts, Swiss chard, salmon, and chicken are all sources of biotin.

All Natural Vegan Protein Chocolate with Quinoa and Oats: This innovative formula has been designed to eliminate all animal and animal by-products. Each serving provides nutrients derived from Quinoa and Oats which makes it a great clean and nutrient dense source to help fuel your body, aid in post workout recovery or help satisfy hunger. This alternative protein is also great for those looking to avoid artificial ingredients including preservatives, colors, flavors and sweeteners. Athletes, bodybuilders and everyday active adults can attain benefits by incorporating this protein rich powder into their diet and exercise program.

Omega-3 Fish Oil Plus Circulatory Support*:  Omega-3 fish oil contains both docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Supportive, but not conclusive research shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. One serving of Omega-3 Fish Oil Plus Circulatory Support* provides 300 mg total of EPA, DHA, and other Omega-3 fatty acids. See nutrition information for total fat, and cholesterol content. Cinnamon’s beneficial effects on sugar and fat metabolism can support heart and circulatory health.* While the best way of getting these acids is consuming fatty fish such as salmon at least twice a week, supplements may also contribute to supporting healthy heart health, especially for those who do not like to eat fish.*
Focus & Energy Formula:  Whether you want to pump up your workout in the gym or just need a burst of energy to get you going through your day, all you need is one capsule and you’ll be ready to go!* Contains bioactive compounds for dieting support so you can get into excellent shape while keeping your energy levels maximized.* Use in conjunction with an intense daily exercise program and a balanced diet including an adequate caloric intake.
Garcinia Cambogia 500mg plus Coconut Oil: Garcinia Cambogia is related to the superfruit Mangosteen and is sometimes called tamarind, brindleberry or camboge. Often used in Asian recipes, the rind of this fruit contains the revolutionary ingredient Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), which is considered the “active compound.” Coconut Oil provides a convenient source of essential fatty acids and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs).  Coconut Oil is a smart choice for a healthy lifestyle.*
