Looking for Dependable and Reliable customer service agents

These are the requirements we are looking for


Currently we are hiring and looking for motivated individuals who will be working from home from there computer no transportation is needed, you will be working in the comfort of your own home. We require that all agents go through a 4 week training program. Upon successful completion of your training program a $80.00 bonus will be applied on your first paycheck. Training will consist of only 3-4 hours a day for the next 4 week Mon-Fri, weekends and holidays OFF. Each agent will have to pay for their own back ground check which is 13.00 dollars Pay will be 8.00 per hour when they finish the training.

With employment

·        Must work minimum of 25 per week with opportunities of overtime

·        GUARANTEEED Schedule is MON- FRI with Weekends and Holidays OFF.

·        Must have proper and understandable English. Bilingual is a plus.

·        Must buy your own "Noise Cancelation Head Set" with a landline phone


·        Must have Customer Service Experience.

·        Must have extensive computer skills

·        Must pass a background check

·        Must have either Windows XP, Mac OSX or Windows 7, NO other programs can be accepted.

·        Must have HIGH SPEED Internet.

All agents will need to be trained in operating all of the following positions:

-Actively take customer support calls for customer that are in the "Working On My Return"
Section of the TurboTax software.
-Learn how to use the Turbo Tax product to accurately and efficiently resolve customer
Inquiries on the first contact.
-Provide superior support and service for both platform and product issues.
-Handle problem resolutions that may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level

- Demonstrate empathy and a pleasant and professional telephone manner
- Use effective listening skills to gather, document and process necessary
Information to provide timely Roadside Assistance to AAA members.
-Work with members to determine the best course of action, explaining
Membership benefits and what action will occur.
-Offer advice and assistance to help members cope with their situation.
-Using D2000©, a Windows based PC application; enter accurate information
And comments related to member's Roadside Assistance needs

Disney Reservations
Handle incoming calls, primarily from direct guests, by locating and
Booking locations based on guest needs.

All jobs are basically the same. They will be taking inbound calls for all clients. Pay is 8.00 per hour
